Determining Your Correct Bra & Form Sizes

BRA SIZING

BAND SIZE

  1. Wear bra with good support, non-padded.

  2. Measure around the bottom of the band, directly under your bust.

  3. The measuring tape should be level and very snug.

  4. Round to the nearest whole number.

    • If the number is even, add four inches.

    • If it’s odd, add five.

    • Your band size is the sum of this calculation.

BUST SIZE

  1. Wrap the measuring tape somewhat loosely around the fullest part of your chest (at nipple level).

  2. Round to the nearest whole number.

DETERMINING BRA SIZE

  1. Subtract Band Size
    from Bust Size.

  2. EX: Band=36, Apex =38, result=2.
